An update to keep you at Bay.

Hello All,

You probably already know from my previous blog entry why I have disappeared for a while, and if you don’t you should go read it now. It’s only 2 paragraphs, don’t sigh at me you procrastinators and lazy holidaymakers.

I am current on my Christmas holidays and will be until January 7th. My dad has returned from his long business trip in the middle east for the holidays and will return to THE LAND OF SAND on the 28th. He’s absolutely jetlagged ATM so I’ve chosen to not bugger him into eternity.

Malaysia is currently a hot spot for Political drama, if you haven’t read or heard the news about Malaysia you should go check. Mind you, the government is try to hush up the entire situation - ergo we resort to the major political bloggers of this depleting country. So, what’s happened? We’ve had 2 protest rallies and a few walks/rallies/protests that were supposed to have but could not. I’m not sure on the matter nor am I involved in it, I just find this an extremely interesting topic to follow.

The first rally, called ‘Bersih’ (meaning ‘clean’ in Malay) was done because Malaysians wanted clean, fair and transparent elections - as it is somewhat known that we have a colossal amount of corruption in the government. The second rally, called ‘Hindraf’, protested for equal rights for the Indian race of Malaysians residing in the country because the Malysian-Indians in Malaysia are said to be given ‘third-class’ treatments and are subjected to racism. I have no proper say over these 2 rallies as I have no place in them, I am not old enough to vote nor am I fully a Malaysian Indian. All I want is peace.

Now that we’ve got the happening’s out of the way, here’s a brief update on my mundane life:

I have a wonderful bunch of friends that I’ve made. I’ve left the old group, but brought Jay with me (because she’s like MINE). Saturday was Monica’s birthday and Wednesday we’re gonna have a PARTY. I grew taller. I’m considering vlogging now (on YouTube) so if/when I post my first vlog, I’ll be sure to give a link here.
