Complications..
EDIT: Seems that with the Rainbow Feather layout, you can’t even view the full posts so I changed it to a simpler layout in order to allow readers to actually READ THE POSTS. But I have a funny feeling that the permalinks and pages aren’t working in all the layouts. :/
It seems that I’ll have to figure out what’s wrong with The Fungus Cave, because the additional pages with content on it keep coming up as 404 NOT FOUND errors. So, I’ve deleted all the pages and now all we have here are posts. On the other hand, Fried Brain’s server is working again and I can log onto my FTP account there - but nothing is on it at the moment. It’s all been deleted in the sake of a revamp, and I have backups of my works on deviantart.
And I’ve changed the wordpress theme yet again, back to the Rainbow Feather, but in a newer version so it’s Widget capable. I have a feeling that it’s because of the layout that the pages are fucked (sorry for the language) but, we shall see. When the day comes that all the wordpress knowledge on how to make my own theme magically comes to me, it will be a happy day indeed.
I just finished watching Enemy Mines in English (I watched it in German, veeery long ago when I was little) and it’s a touching, yet outdated story. Yeah, it’s an old movie, but it’s good. I recommend you to watch it. I’m not going to spoil the story for any potential viewers, so all you get to know is that it’s science fiction and it’s got funky lookin’ aliens in it. Ha ha.
I keep reminding myself to TRY and update the Now Reading plugin but I keep procrastinating and putting it off. The thought of adding so many books to the database and trying to remember the dates at which I started and finished reading them is a chilling thought. :S Well, you lot get to know that currently I’m reading V for Vendetta, the graphic novel (I’ve seen the movie too). I specially ordered the compilation of all the comics from Amazon, at about 13 bucks I think. Well, it was worth every penny because - I swear! - it is one of the MOST interesting comics I’ve ever laid eyes on (another good comic to read would be The Books of Magic by Neil Gaiman and some other guys, I think it’s also known as The Sandman or bits of The Sandman are taken from The Books of Magic. Whatever it is, it’s a good set of comics - four books to it).
Also, I’ve been reading theories of Anarchism and what Anarchy (as a political party) is all about. Call me crazy, but it doesn’t sound too bad. I was talking to Karuna earlier and we had SUCH a heated argument over it because he’s a firm believer in the concept that authorities in current society are an absolute must, and without it (with Anarchy - which he perceives to be chaos and carnage) we’d have death and destruction. While I think that, through Anarchy, society might become more peaceful and accepting and through free co-operation, rather than force, Anarchy would be a success. We ended up arguing so badly it came down to him saying that he’d shoot me if he had to, if I were to try make Anarchy happen, because he thinks through Anarchy people will get hurt and these people will definitely be his family. And so we ranted and bantered and pointed fingers at each other. But we calmed down in the end, yet the dispute was not solved. I think we sorta just settled that we couldn’t agree about this one so we should just leave it before it got out of hand. Well, that’s what I think.
The night does not live on tonight, as I am four days away from starting school and I am so, so, soooo NERVOUS. I have all my basic school stuff like stationary, socks, uniforms & shoes but I have no idea what to expect. And I’ve been so stressed, admittedly, by the thought of starting fresh in a an alien environment surrounded by people I don’t know I’ve started to binge eat again. I’m afraid to go on the scale - but I know I’ve gained a lot of weight. :/
It feels good to vent here again.

Where do you go to, My Lovely?
I’m feeling melancholic from a song by Peter Starstedt (Where do you go to, My Lovely). It’s very sentimental and calming. It’s probably one of my most favourite ballads. I’ve been listening to ballads a lot recently, odd.
I think my art project and assignments are going to be very mellowed down and less eccentric for a while. Just as a side note, we’ve been doing a project on identity (anything that represents ours’) and it’s due Friday. Also, I have to research a little for a Sports’ Day Poster for art. Then there’s a Biology project to consider; Math, English, Biology and Physics homework to finish; a Physics, Math and History test to study for and some Literature reading to make sure I get ahead of class. I can’t understand why students are loaded to the brim with homework on the first week back (from the 7th). I’ll just do it all, Thursday’s a holiday anyway.
So, America’s either going to have the first female president or the first African-American president. I’ll go for the latter, Clinton had her go as first lady already. Kudos to whoever wins, you’ve got quite a mess to tidy.
